These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website finzoop.com, the Finzoop mobile app, and all related services (together, the "Platform"), operated by Jeftos Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "Finzoop", "we", "us"). Finzoop is a trademark and brand of Jeftos Technologies Private Limited.
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. It does not require any physical or digital signature, and it forms a legally binding agreement between you and Jeftos Technologies Private Limited and/or its Partner Institutions.
Finzoop is a distribution platform. We are registered as a Mutual Fund Distributor with AMFI, a Corporate Agent with IRDAI, and a Point of Presence with PFRDA. We do not lend money, issue credit cards, underwrite insurance risk, or manage investments. Every decision to approve, price, or reject an application rests solely with the relevant Partner Institution.
The Platform may be used only by residents of India who are at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors, undischarged insolvents, and persons otherwise disqualified by law may not apply for Products through the Platform. Partner Institutions may apply additional eligibility criteria of their own.
When you apply for a Product, you agree that the information you submit to Finzoop may be shared with the relevant Partner Institution to assess your application, service the Product, and meet regulatory obligations. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and do not sell your personal information.
Completing Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements is mandatory for most Products. KYC verification is carried out by the Partner Institution or its authorised agencies in line with applicable regulations. For credit Products, you explicitly consent to the Partner Institution, and to Finzoop where required to show you eligible offers, accessing your credit information from credit bureaus to evaluate your creditworthiness.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and to provide information that is true, complete, and current. Calculator results and comparisons are indicative estimates and do not guarantee any rate, approval, or return. Finzoop and its Partner Institutions are not liable for claims, losses, or disputes arising from misuse of the Platform or from inaccurate information you provide. Our Terms of Use apply in addition to these Terms.
By sharing your contact details and accepting these Terms, you authorise Finzoop, its employees, affiliates, and Partner Institutions to contact you by phone call (including automated or recorded calls), SMS, email, and WhatsApp about your application, servicing, verification, reminders, and relevant offers. This consent is given voluntarily and applies even if your number is registered on the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) / Do Not Disturb (DND) list maintained by TRAI. You may withdraw consent for promotional communication at any time by writing to hi@finzoop.com.
Finzoop may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use the Platform after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
If you have a complaint, please write to hi@finzoop.com. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days. Complaints about a specific Product may also be raised directly with the Partner Institution or the relevant regulator.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
